On March 28, Professor Tu Xinquan gave a lecture under the topic of "Reshaping the Global Value Chains and Global Trade Rules" for officials from the Ministry of Commerce. This seminar was the fourth session held by the Ministry of Commerce to learn the spirit of the 20th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party. More than 150 officials from various  departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Commerce participated.
