From April 18 to 19, the Academy for International Business Officials of the Ministry of Commerce held a workshop on “Enhancing Multilateral Negotiation Capacity of Developing Countries”, which was participated by 31 officials from 10 developing countries, including Ghana, Mongolia, Sri Lanka and Venezuela. Prof. Tu Xinquan was invited to give two lectures entitled “How has WTO membership worked for China” and “The prospects of WTO reform and China's position”. The lectures were highly praised and welcomed by all international officials.
