On April 26, 2021, Professor Zhou Nianli of CIWTO was invited to participate in the seminar of "14th Five-Year Plan" for service trade development planning. The conference was chaired by Wang Bingnan, Vice Minister of Commerce. Six experts, including Long Guoqiang, Deputy Director of the Development Research Center of The State Council and Professor Sheng Bin of Nankai University, attended the conference on invitation.
