On August 29, Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) hosted the EGA seminar in Beijing, with more than 100 representatives from Japan and from foreign embassies, industry and media attending the conference. Professor Tu Xinquan was invited as keynote speaker and he expressed his views on EGA and China's trade liberalization.
