On September 29th, Professor Scott Kennedy, Senior Advisor from the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) was invited to deliver a webinar on "Industrial Policy: Finding New Consensus" to professors and students at CIWTO. More than 40 teachers and students participated.

Prof. Scott Kennedy introduced the latest research on the scale of industrial policy in China and other countries and analysed the development trend of industrial policy in various countries based on the report《Red Ink：Estimating Chinese Industrial Policy Spending in Comparative Perspective》published by his team in May 2022. Prof. Scott Kennedy also had an in-depth discussion with the participants on related industrial policy issues .
