On the afternoon of April 15, 2021, Professor Zhou Nianli of CIWTO was invited to give a lecture in "Huiyuan Lecture Hall". Professor Zhou gave a lecture on "Observation and Thinking on the American Template of Digital Trade Rules" to the undergraduates of UIBE. The lecture, which lasted 1.5 hours, focused on the institutional foundation and evolution regularity of the American template of digital trade rules, with emphasis on the development trend of the US digital trade governance policy under Biden administration and China’s countermeasures. The lecture was well received by the students.
