June 17, invited by the Academy for International Business Officials under MOFCOM, Professor TU Xinquan gave a vrtual lecture on Aid for Trade in the WTO system to 21 Lao government offcials. Prof. TU introduced the concept and history of Aid for Trade program and shared his own views about the relationship between aid and development. He also answered some questions from the audience.
