Invited by the Economic and Trade Department of National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), Prof. Tu Xinquan made a special lecture entitled "Background and Prospect of WTO Reform" to the young government officials of the Department on November 21. Deputy Director General Kou Rong chaired the lecture and more than 30 officials from the Economic and Trade Department and the Institute of Foreign Economic Research of NDRC attended the report.
