From 20 to 23 February 2024, WTO Chairholder at UIBE and Member of the China Economic and Social Council (CESC), Prof. Tu Xinquan attended the 11th Asia-Pacific Forum for Sustainable Development in which organised by United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP); Transport Division (TD) and Energy Division (ED); Permanent Mission of China to ESCAP; Ministry of Transport and Highways, Sri Lanka; United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). In this forum, he participated in the discussion on the topic of " China's electric mobility transition" as a keynote speaker.
