From September 28 to October 1, the 2021 WTO Public Forum was held online. On September 30, CIWTO and the European University Institute (EUI) co-hosted a session with the theme "Rebooting Trade Cooperation: Perspectives from China and Europe ". Pimchanok Pitfield, Ambassador of Thailand to the WTO, and Deborah Elms, Director of the Asian Trade Center, participated in the session. The session focused on a collection of papers compiled by CIWTO in collaboration with the EUI. Prof. Bernard Hoekman and Prof. Tu Xinquan introduced the main ideas of this book. The two experts then gave their comments and exchanged views with the audience.
