On March 31st, the China Society for Finance and Banking, a subordinate organization of the People's Bank of China, held a high-level training course themed "Enhancing Financial Support for the Development of Advanced Manufacturing" in Foshan, Guangdong Province. Over 180 officials from various levels of the national banking system attended the training. Leaders such as Yi Gang, former Governor of the People's Bank of China, and Ding Zhijie, Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange Research Center, delivered lectures for the training class. Professor Tu Xinquan was also invited to give a lecture on "Changes in the latest international economic and trade rules and China's high-level systematic opening up", which was well remarked by the officials.
