On July 24, the China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE) held a symposium with the delegation of the American Chamber of Commerce. Zhang Xiaoqiang, vice president of CCIEE, Zhou Wenzhong, former Chinese ambassador to the United States, Wang Jie, director of China Affairs of the American Chamber of Commerce, Bi Allen, president of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, as well as senior officials of several US multinational corporations attended the symposium. Professor Tu Xinquan was invited as a scholar representative to express his views on the WTO reform and Sino-US trade relations.
