The organization Department of Beijing Municipal Party Committee entrusted the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and the Municipal Bureau of Commerce to hold the special training course of "Developing digital economy and digital trade to promote the development of high-tech industries" in the third branch of Beijing Administration School of CPC from May 31 to June 4. More than 60 participants, including district leaders in charge of digital economy, staff in Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and commercial departments, and municipal commission, attended the training.

       Zhou Nianli, professor of CIWTO, was invited to give a lecture and introduce the evolution of "American template" of digital trade rules. Professor Zhou gave an in-depth explanation of the formation basis, main contents, evolution rules, trade effects of the "American template" of digital trade rules, as well as the development trend of the US digital trade policy after Biden took office.
