On June 9th-10th, Deputy Dean of China Institute for WTO Studies(CIWTO) Tu Xinquan was on invitation to join an international seminar named “Global trade: a trade system for the 21st century”, which was hosted by Chatham House—a famous British think tank. More than 40 officials, famous scholars and business mission like Peter Mandelson, vice trade commissioner of EU, Vince Cable, British Minister of Commerce, David Shark, vice secretary-general of WTO and Anthony Gardner, American ambassador stating at EU attended the seminar.
