On December 2nd , Institute of Latin American Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences ,held the Seminar "TPP with China and Latin American ", China ambassador of Peru, Chile and Mexico  business officials in China, and Zhang Jianping from Foreign Economic Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, et al attended the meeting. Professor TuXinquan was invited to express his viewpoints on the relationship between TPP and WTO.
