On April 15, Commission on Trade and Investment Policy of China National Committee under International Chamber of Commerce (ICC China) held its inaugurating congress in Beijing. President of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), China International Chamber of Commerce, Jiang Zengwei, and heads of the Ministry of Commerce’s relevant departments attended the meeting. The meeting examined and approved the Work Rules for the committee, and elected the Chairman, the Executive Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the committee. Chairman and chief executive officer of China Investment Corporation, Ding Xuedong, was elected to be the Chairman of the Committee. Our institute was invited as one of the committee member, Dean Tu Xinquan was invited to participate in the inaugural meeting.
