On the afternoon of May 26, 2016, our institute invited Professor Sheng Bin, who is entitled with” Changjiang Scholar”, to give a lecture focused on the relationship among TPP and WTO. Professor Sheng Bin reaffirmed the vital function of WTO. In his opinion, TPP wasn’t the replacement of WTO, but was the further progress of the WTO with respect to regional trade agreements.

The wonderful lecture given by Professor Sheng Bin inspired the researchers and students in our institute, expanded our frontier area in terms of the international trade.
