On March 25, School of International Economics and Trade of Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) and editorial department of Economic Research Journal, Institute of Economics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) co-organized the Roundtable Forum on “Global Trade Governance and China’s Role” in CUFE. More than 20 well-known domestic trade experts including Gao Peiyong (Director of the Institute of Economics, CASS), Tong Jiadong (Vice president of Nankai University), Li Gang (Vice president of the Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce), Huang Jianzhong (Professor of SUIBE), Sheng Bin (Professor of Nankai University), Ju Jiandong（Professor of SUFE）, Lei Da (Professor of RUC), Professor Gu Kejian, Song Hong (Researcher of CASS), Hong Junjie (Professor of UIBE) attended the forum. Professor Tang Yihong chaired the meeting. Professor Tu Xinquan was invited to attend the forum and expressed his own views on new trends of global trade governance and the new positioning of WTO.
