On December 27, Prof. Wei LIANG from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS) gave a lecture to the first-year master’s students at CIWTO. She introduced the domestic economic background of Trump’s election, provided an in-depth analysis of the underlying reasons of anti-globalization in the U.S., and shared her views on the future of China-US economic and trade relations. The students had a good interaction with Prof. Liang, participating actively in the question and answer session. Prof. Tu Xinquan hosted the lecture.
