On November 1, Silk Road Institute for International Law and Comparative Law of Xi'an Jiaotong University held the International Symposium on China and the Development of the International Dispute Resolution System in the Context of "One Belt One Road" Construction, celebrating its 10th anniversary. Shan Wenhua, Assistant President of Xi'an Jiaotong University and Director of SRIICL, chaired the meeting. Judge of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) James Crawford, Secretary-General of ICSID Meg Kinner and Judge of WTO Appellate Body Zhang Yuejiao were invited to the meeting. Professor Tu Xinquan was invited to give a speech on the development of WTO dispute settlement mechanism.
