On December 24, Chongqing Municipal Government held the Forum on Innovative Development of Foreign Trade and RCEP Expert Meeting. The Deputy Mayor Li Bo chaired the meeting. Professor Lin Guijun and Professor Tu Xinquan of UIBE were invited to attend the forum. Professor Tu Xinquan made a keynote speech on the relationship between RCEP and the utilization of foreign investment.
