On November 11, Mr. Scott Kennedy from US Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) visited CIWTO, met with Chinese scholars from Peking university and UIBE, and practitioners from China Photovoltaic Industry Association. WTO Chairholder at UIBE and the Dean of CIWTO Prof. Tu Xinquan warmly welcomed him and hosted the discussion on industrial policy among Scott Kennedy and Chinese experts.
