On the afternoon of September 8, 2020, the National Digital Service Export Base Construction Mobilization and Deployment Meeting and Digital Trade Expert Forum was held in the Ministry of Commerce. At the meeting, Vice Minister of Commerce Wang Bingnan, Deputy Director of the Information Bureau of the Cyberspace Administration of the People's Republic of China Zhang Peng, and the First Class Inspector of the Information Technology Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Li Ying, jointly awarded licenses to 12 national digital service export bases. Vice Minister Wang Bingnan made the national digital service export base construction mobilization deployment speech. National digital trade expert working group was formally established at the meeting. The Expert Working Group consists of a coordination steering group, an expert advisory group, a think tank support group and a research liaison group. CIWTO Professor Zhou Nianli was selected into the expert advisory group. The expert advisory group is composed of experts and scholars in relevant fields, with a total of 11 experts selected nationwide. In addition, CIWTO has also been selected into the national digital trade  think tank support group. The members of the National Digital Trade Expert Group can conduct investigations and studies on the strategic, overall and key issues in the development of digital trade, guide and check the pilot work of local digital trade, provide consultation and suggestions on our country's digital trade policy documents, and promote to build a new pattern of digital trade development which is cycled and promoted by both domestic and foreign countries.
