On December 15, the Counsellors’ Office of the State Council (COSC) held a seminar on WTO reform and prospects. Sun Weijia, Director General of International Exchanges and Cooperation Department of COSC, chaired the meeting. Chong Quan, Chairman of China Society for World Trade Organization Studies, Huo Jianguo, Chairman of China Society for World Trade Organization Studies, Wang Zhen, Deputy Director of the Department of WTO Affairs of the Ministry of Commerce, and other experts attended the meeting. Tim Yeend, Chef de Cabinet and Principal Advisor to the WTO Director-General, Keith Rockwell, Director Information and External Relations of the WTO joined the meeting online. Professor Tu Xinquan was invited to attend and expressed his views on related issues.
